1- CORPORE DETAILS
The following conditions regulate the sale of products featured on this Webpage by the company:

By accepting this Agreement, you hereby claim to:
a) you are over 18 and have the capacity to enter into agreements.
b) Have read and understood the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
2.1- Availability of the service
Please make sure that you are over 18 before placing an order on corporewear.us
The products offered are available in the 50 United States and District of Columbia.
Physical persons resident outside these territories may only benefit from the online purchasing service of this webpage if the delivery address of the order is located in one of the mentioned above.
2.2.– Purchase guarantee
The items offered on this Webpage are a Women’s and Men’s undershirts.

Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the indicated date or while stocks last.
Similarly, Corpore wear makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on its website is complete, accurate and correct. In the event of any error, Corpore waer will proceed to correct it immediately.
2.3– Purchase procedure
Select the articles you wish to purchase and add them to the Cart, by clicking on the corresponding icon.
The Cart contains the reference of the selected item, its name, size, colour and price. The quoted price does not include transport costs, which will vary according to the delivery method, nor the taxes, which will be applied at the checkout.
Once the order has been completed, and before the order is confirmed, the user will be provided with an itemised summary of the order, identifying the item(s) purchased, the total price (including transport and taxes) and the order delivery details, in order for the user to confirm this by clicking on the ‘Place Order’ button.
Purchases may be paid for using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners). Payment method other than the ones specified in the present conditions of sale will not be accepted. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, in other words, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity, once it has been confirmed that the data sent by the user is correct.
Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be displayed on the webpage, allowing users to track the order from their computer at any moment.
An automated order confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the address indicated by the user with acknowledgement of receipt, with a description of the order and the personal details provided. If you do not receive this e-mail, this could be due to a temporary communications problem in the network or an error in the e-mail address entered. In both cases, Corpore wear advises the user to contact Customer Services. Similarly, an e-mail will be sent to the user confirming that the product has been dispatched.
2.4– Availability of products
All orders are subject to the products being available. If, at the time the order is issued, our warehouse detects that there are no stocks of any of the products included within it, Corpore wear will make every effort to locate the item. If this is not possible, the user will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount charged for the unsent item will be refunded to the customer, using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
2.5– Right not to accept an order
Corpore wear may cancel or refuse to accept any confirmed order on the following grounds:
In the event of a technical and/or typing error in the prices or other details of products contained on the webpage when the order was placed.
Due to a lack of availability, as described in point 2.4.
When the security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
When there are reasons to indicate that the user is a minor.
If Corpore wear was unable to deliver the order to the address provided.
Corpore wear will fully reimburse any sums that have been paid.
2.6– Risk of loss
All items purchased from Corpore wear are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items are passed to the customer upon Corpore wear’s delivery to the carrier.
NOTE: During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.
3- PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1– Payment and currency
The prices on this Webpage are quoted in USD (taxes not included).
The products offered are available in the 50 United States and District of Columbia, so that they can see the prices with the corresponding taxes included.
3.2– Sales tax
Due to the current legislation, Corpore wear is required to charge sales taxes on all orders with delivery addresses in Florida, Nevada, New Jersey and New York. Sales taxes will be charged in accordance to the states applicable rate.
Moreover, custom duties applicable within the territory of choice will be applied. Once finished the order and before payment, the customer will see a summary of the items ordered and their total price (including estimated taxes and shipping costs). If the delivery address is changed and the state of destination is modified, prices shown at the end of the order may suffer some alterations.
3.3- Payment methods
Corpore wear accepts payments for purchases made via its Website with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners.
For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, in other words, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity, once it has been confirmed that the data sent by the user is correct.
3.4- Payment security
In order to offer maximum security in the payment system, Corpore wear uses the secure payment systems of the leading financial entities in e-commerce. Therefore, all confidential data is transferred directly and in an encrypted format (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. For payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Corpore wear only accepts SET transactions (Secure Electronic Transactions) using the 3D Secure international protocol, which can be identified by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express Safekey logos. The basic aim of the Secure Electronic Transactions initiative is to guarantee the security of Internet transactions. When you make payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically check whether the credit card has been activated for Secure Electronic Transactions. Next, it will connect with the issuing bank of the card, which will request authorisation for the operation via a personal authentication code. The operation will only proceed if the issuing bank of the card confirms the authentication code. In all other cases, the transaction will be rejected.
As a complementary measure to the ‘Secure payment’ system, and in order to collaborate in the prevention of Internet fraud, Corpore wear reserves the right to check the personal details provided by customers and to take the appropriate steps (including the cancellation of the order) in order to ensure that goods are dispatched in accordance with the data that is stated on the order.
We remind you that you should not provide your card details via e-mail, fax or social networks.
3.5- Purchase limit
Corpore wear does not permit the purchase of Corpore wear products for subsequent resale. Consequently, it is not possible to make purchases for an amount that exceeds $ 500, or for more than 10 items. Customers who wish to make purchases in excess of said amount or quantity for purposes other than resale should contact Customer Services, where they will be informed of the various options for making the desired purchase.
Delivery of items purchased at corporewear.us will be carried out via an American courier company and delivered in approximately 2 to 7 business days. Standard delivery is free for orders of two or ore products.
Shipping is available to all U.S. states and Washington DC. It also includes shipments to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses (please, allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses).
In order to avoid any delivery problems (incorrect addresses, nobody at home, etc.), you must complete the applicable form correctly and it is advisable to leave a contact telephone number in the corresponding field.
When the order leaves Corpore wear’s warehouses, after order confirmation once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified, Corpore wear will inform its customers by e-mail.
Please note that all orders are subject to verification.
The delivery charges may be altered at any time without prior notice. Said change shall become effective from the moment the modification appears in the help pages and in the contract published on this Webpage. In all cases, the delivery charges that appear at the moment the order is placed shall apply.
5- EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS POLICY
5.1– Exchange and/or returns conditions
If customers are not satisfied with the item they have received, Corpore wear will allow them to exchange the item for another size within a fiveteen (15) day period, counting from the date of reception, provided that the item has not been damaged. Consequently, Corpore wear cannot accept exchanges or returns of damaged items (except in the case of flaws).
All returns of purchased items must be carefully packaged and include a duly completed delivery note or returns form.
Exchanging a garment for another size or returning a garment may only be returned by mail. Contact us to know the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
In such cases, Corpore wear recommends customers to track and insure your package, at your expense, as Corpore wear is not responsible for any items that fail to reach its warehouses.
The postage expenses of items being exchanged or returned shall be borne by the customer and under no circumstances will Corpore wear accept returns sent carriage due.
Once the items are received, Corpore wear will ensure they are in good condition and will dispatch the requested size in the case of an exchange or refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used in the purchase in the case of refunds.
The refund will be carried within 3 business days from reception of the return at the Corpore wear warehouses. Once the condition of the returned items has been inspected, the customer will be notified by e-mail.
The returned items will always be refunded via the same payment method used to purchase them.
In cases where Corpore wear has erroneously sent an item different to the one ordered or the quality of the item sent is not acceptable, Corpore wear, once it has checked the error or defect, will refund the price of the returned item. Whenever an erroneous or defective item is returned by ordinary post, Corpore wear will refund the corresponding postage expenses provided the customer encloses a receipt of the return expenses in the parcel. Please note that the postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.
In these cases, returns or exchanges must be returned via Standard, Ground or Regular shipping method. Please remember to include the receipt for the delivery costs of the refund. Note that Corpore wear will not reimburse the proportional part of the delivery costs incurred when returning the merchandise via Express, Overnight or 2 Day Shipping.
The details provided by customers if they create an account shall be used by Corpore wear solely for the purpose of processing the orders and simplifying the browsing and purchasing process on the Webpage. In addition, whenever expressly agreed by the customer, Corpore wear will provide information on its new collections, lookbooks and exclusive offers by e-mail.
Corpore wear guarantees that any details provided by customers will not be shared with third party individuals or companies outside the CW America, LLC.
Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding the data provided at any moment in Account Details in the My Account section of our website or by e-mail.
7– GOVERNANCE LAW & JURISDICTIONS
These purchase conditions are subject to Pennsylvania laws. Sales will be deemed to be performed at the address of Corpore wear. In case of dispute between the parties of this contract, the competent jurisdiction will be the corresponding jurisdiction in every case.
